Expected Production times.
Most orders require 3-5 days for production after the order has been submitted. Please allow additional time for large quantity orders and business cards with specialty print effects.
The first day of production is the next day after the order was submitted.

How to find status of an order.
You can find tracking information for shipped orders by logging into your Printforce account.
We also send email confirmations upon shipping. Please reach out to our customer service department if you feel that your order should have shipped but do not yet see tracking information.
Urgent Orders
At BCSI we always do our best to accommodate rushes and specific deadlines. Although we do not provide guarantees, most requests can be accommodated by contacting our customer service department at 952.895.6738 or via email at printforce.cs@printforce.com. We will do our best to provide you with an ETA and can help modify ship methods or ship to locations, if necessary.
Need to change something on your order?
After an order has been submitted there is a very short window of time that it can be cancelled or changed. Contact us immediately at 952.895.6738 or via email at printforce.cs@printforce.com.
Change to delivery address or shipping method
We can typically make changes to shipping addresses or methods until the order has shipped.
Change to product or quantity
Orders are automatically sent directly into production, on a large run with other orders so changes may not be possible depending on when the order was submitted. We may be able to stop an order from shippping and avoid delivery fees. Product charges will still apply in this case.
Changes to artwork
If you need changes to the artwork you uploaded, we may be able to help make changes for a nominal fee. Depending on the required changes, it maybe be best to cancel the order if not too late, or cancel the shipment if too far along. Contacting customer service as soon as possible is the first step in getting help.
If you know you need changes to the art prior to upload, please contact us prior to uploading the art for assistance. Fees for graphic artwork services vary and will be estimated per job.
What shipping method is used?
All orders ship from Burnsville, Minnesota via FedEx. We offer several shipping service levels and our shipping costs are discounted from list rates. Orders that ship to residential or extended areas may incur additional accessorial fees from FedEx.
When multiple items are ordered from one cart checkout, we automatically package these to help save shipping costs. Weight restricticions could effect the number of packages. Each individual order will be labeled with the order details for each line item.
If you have special shipping requirements for a particular order or batch of orders, please contact our customer service department at 952.895.6738 or via email at printforce.cs@printforce.com. We do not allow 3rd party freight shipping on orders received from the Printforce web site. However, we do accommodate 3rd party shipping for orders sent to BCSI via integrated portals or via email. Please note that extra costs will be incurred for manual orders and 3rd party setup/handling.
How will you be billed?
BCSI offers credit terms for all current distributor partners ordering through the Printforce portal. Invoices will be sent to the distributor, from BCSI in the same format they are received for existing program accounts. We have included billing reference fields where internal Purchase Order numbers and/or Customer Cost Centers can be entered. These details will be included on your BCSI invoice to help with cost allocation and customer invoicing.

Distributors not currently setup with a BCSI account can order through Printforce by using credit card payment. Reach out to BCSI’s sales department at 952.895.6750 or via email at emily.myers@printforce.com if you wish to be setup with payment terms. We require responses from a minimum of 2 credit references to be considered for payment terms.
How will my order be packaged?
Business cards are packaged in a brown corrugated box and include a complimentary black plastic business card holder.
All letterhead, brochures, sell sheets, note cards, post cards etc are shrink wrapped in convenient quantities to keep product safe during shipment. Product is never shipped loose in a box. Please contact our customer service with any questions regarding packaging or special requests. We will do our best to accommodate special packaging requests, but please note that extra costs may be incurred. We do not support split shipments for a single order. Each unique ship-to needs to be entered as a separate line item. What if there is something wrong with my order?
Please reach out to customer service in the event of a quality issue. Our error ratio is very low and we pride ourselves on providing a product you and your client will be proud of. We guarantee our work and will do what we can to make it right. Contact Us
Of course starting with proper artwork files is the first step to ensure quality output. Please reference our Artwork Requirements on the FAQs page for guidelines and starter template files. We also encourage you to place an initial order prior to a batch to ensure expectations.
Do you have an order that needs some special handling?
Orders submitted through the Printforce website will go straight to production and print as submitted. If you have a special need on an item in regards to, color, production or shipping please contact customer service at 952.895.6738 or via email at printforce.cs@printforce.com prior to submitting the order so they can be prepared to intervene if necessary. Please also see the section “Color Matching Service” for info on tricky color matches.
How to create an account for ordering through the Printforce website.
Please note that Prinforce is for wholesale use only to the trade. If you are not a print distributor and you are looking for a print provider, feel free to contact us a 952.895.6750 and we can refer you to one of our excellent service providers.
Current BCSI distributors: Register at shop.printforce.com. We will setup your Printforce customer number and tie it to your BCSI account. We will also provide you with registration instructions for your individual users who will be using the site.
New distributors: Contact BCSI’s sales department at 952.895.6750 or via email at emily.myers@printforce.com to provide details such as tax exempt resale certificate, W-9 form, and contact information. You will be required to use credit card payment. Payment terms can be setup as needed with credit references.
Paper selection
The most helpful tool for paper selection is our sample packet! Our non-branded kit includes samples of our most commonly used stocks. We offer a wide variety of paper options.
Business cards are available in the following options:
- Uncoated stock (Majestic Aurora and Cougar) are available in several cover weights such as 100 lb or 130 lb. The liquid based ink we use with our HP Indigos will be matte when using uncoated stock because it soaks into the paper.
- Coated stock (14pt and 16pt). These stocks are a silk/matte finish but UV can be added to achieve achieve a high gloss finish.
- Laminate can be added to create a soft touch/velvet finish or a silk matte finish. Laminated cards result in a unique feel to the card and also makes them more durable.

Matching Papers - Product Suite
In general, we recommend using Cougar stock for customers that are looking for identically matching paper between a large number of items. This stock is available for business cards, letterhead, envelopes, note cards, sell sheets, brochures etc for a consistent look. Cougar stock is Uncoated, Smooth, and Bright White. If your client is looking for something unique, please contact our sales department.
How to select the correct product
Use the categories on the left navigation to find the product that most closely matches the item you are looking to order. Within each product category, drop down menu selections will guide you toward the specific item needed. Please note that some stock choices may not offer every possible option; for example, gloss UV is not available on uncoated papers, but Matt UV is an option.

How can I obtain pricing?
Printforce.com will give you quick and easy access to BCSI’s pricing! You don’t have to wait for us to email back pricing for these common items. Use the drop down selections to narrow down your search for costs.
The pricing displayed on the Printforce portal can be used for program accounts that you are selling through our other automated technologies and integrations too! Contact us to setup a more automated solution for customers with frequent orders. Or, if you prefer to email your order to print.orders@printforce.com, you are welcome to use this option too, but you will need to add $5/line item to the pricing on the Printforce portal.
Basic Artwork Requirements

File type must be PDF.

PDF must be 1 page only - upload two separate files for front and back

PDF must be sized properly.

Items without bleed (print all the way to the edge), should be the same size as the finished, cut product. Including extra (bleed) is okay as long as the same extra is on all four sides.

If the item bleeds (has print all the way to 1 or more edges), the PDF must be oversized by a minimum of 9pts (.25") on all 4 sides.

Transparencies must be flattened. Failing to flatten transparencies prior to submission could cause unexpected results.

Spot Color swatches should be consistent. i.e., Don't use 186 C and 186 U and expect the same color results. We print the cmky embedded in the swatch.

Colors should be consistent, where the same output is expected. i.e., If you have 100, 90, 0, 15 and 95, 85, 2, 10 they might look similar on the PDF but have visible differences in the finished product.

Fonts should be outlined when possible.

Strokes should be converted to outline.

Vector graphics should be used whenever possible for clean crisp results.

File orientation (portrait or landscape) must match the template. Rotating the view in Acrobat will not actually change the file, that's only rotated for viewing.

The file must be free of extraneous empty boxes, lines, type, or artwork inside and outside of the template area.

Spot Gloss and Spot Foil Requirements
If you are creating art for an item that requires specialty print effects such as spot gloss or foil, Please review these instructions: Spot Gloss and Spot Foil Requirements. We welcome the opportunity to provide you with artwork feedback for specialty orders to ensure a quality product, as registration can sometimes be a concern due to separate passes through our printing equipment. Spot Gloss and Spot Foil Requirements
If you are creating art for an item that requires spot gloss or foil, Please review these instructions carefully: Spot Gloss and Spot Foil Requirements. It is very important to create a separate PDF file that contains only the portion of art that will have the gloss or foil, following the instructcions in the Spot Gloss and Spot Foil Requirements link. Failure to follow these instructions could cause delays or errors in the final product. PMS Color Swatch vs. CMYK
In general, we recommend that art be provided with CMYK breakdowns. If artwork is proceed with Pantone or custom color swatches, we will print the CMYK colors that are embedded within these color swatches. It is important that CMYK values for same colors in the file and color swatch remain consistent between the unique graphics within the file and from one order to the next, to prevent color inconsistency.
No Ability to create artwork or edit existing?
We offer limited design help in our prepress department. Our normal typesetting fee for basic changes to existing designs is $25. Please note that fonts may need to be provided in order to edit text. We are always willing to help with other projects and will provide quotes as-needed. Color Matching Service
We encourage you to reach out to our customer service dept for assistance if you have struggled with color matching on previous orders. We can do color-correction in some cases and will connect you with our color-experts if needed. Please note that additional costs may be incurred for this service and we may request a color-approved sample to match.

Order quantities start as low as 125 for business cards, so we encourage you to order an initial sample order prior to higher volumes to ensure the finished product meets expectations.
What is are the advantages of using this site vs. emailing my order?
BCSI charges an additional $5/lot for orders received via email with a purchase order and print ready PDF file. These orders take an additional 1-2 days to process and are more error prone, compared to orders received electronically. In addition, tracking details for these orders are not typically provided unless specifically requested from our customer service department. We encourage use of Printforce.com when possible to:
